Field Name
Description/Procedure

CARD

Identifies which voice card the channel resides on (0 through 11) and its position on that card (0 through 5). For example, a CD.PT of 1.1 signifies that this is the second voice card, second channel.
PORT The position of new channel's on the card.
CHANNEL
The channel number. Channels are numbered sequentially beginning with the first voice card (0 through 63).
STATE
The current status of the channel, as follows:
    • In-service (INSERV) - the normal state
    • Facility-out-of-service (FOOS)
    • Manually-out-of-service (MANOOS)
    • Hardware-out-of-service (HWOOS)
    • broken - diagnostics did not pass on the card and it may have to be replaced
TIME
The time and date of the last change in state of the channel.
SERVICE
The associated service name or a DNIS designation indication.
PHONE
The switch extensions that corresponds to the channel.
GROUP
Not applicable.
OPTS
The equipment options (talk or TDM).
TYPE
The type of voice card being used.
